First PEI PNP draw of 2022- Prince Edward Island invites 132 candidates

The first draw of the PEI PNP (Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program) held on January 20, 2022 to issue 132 Invitations to Apply (ITA) for provincial nomination. This PEI PNP draw opened on 20th as per the pre-announced schedule to invite the candidates under Business, Labour and Express Entry streams.

Prince Edward Island PNP draw on 20 January

The PEI invited 11 candidates under Business Work Permit Entrepreneur stream with a minimum point threshold of 72 points. Moreover, it issued 121 Invitations to Apply (ITA) for provincial nomination under Labour and Express Entry stream of PEI PNP (Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program).

In 2021, PEI invited total 1,854 candidates to apply for provincial nomination in 12 monthly draws. This year also the Prince Edward Island has released its monthly draw schedule in advance.

Prince Edwards Island Provincial Nominee Program

The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) conduct the monthly draws to invite the candidates under its business, Labour and Express Entry streams. It is one of the most active Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) of Canada.

The PEI express entry stream helps the candidates with low Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score to obtain the extra 600 CRS points in Express entry account.
