Quebec invites 1210 candidates for permanent selection in new Arrima draw

In the latest Arrima immigration draw occurred on November 16, 2023, Quebec has issued total 1210 invitations to apply for the permanent selection. Once an applicant has filed expression of interest on Arrima, it will be placed in the Expression of Interest bank. From this bank, candidate whose profile matches to Québec’s needs and who have good potential for integration get the invitation to submit an application for permanent selection.

If you have received an invitation, you will get a communication in your Arrima message centre with the information required to access the form and submit a permanent selection application. You may get an invitation to submit your application for permanent selection at any time.

In this latest Arrima online immigration draw, Quebec issued 1,210 invitations to the candidates who had achieved a score of 609 or higher. Find the draw result in the table below:

These invitations were addressed to the persons fulfiling the following criteria:

• They had a level 7 oral ability (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français ou son équivalent  (Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent;
• they had a score equal to or greater than 609 points. 

These ITAs were also addressed to people fulfiling the following criterion:

• they had a valid employment offer outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.
