Quebec issues Immigration Invitations to 1,560 candidates in latest Arrima Draw

Quebec, a Canadian province, held its 12th Arrima immigration draw of 2024 on July 25th, extending invitations to 1,560 candidates to apply for permanent residency. This was the first draw conducted in July. Quebec regularly selects eligible candidates through the Arrima system to meet its immigration needs.

Quebec issued 1,560 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent selection in this round. Successful candidates required a minimum score of 579. Details about the latest immigration draw are provided below:

  • These ITAs were addressed to the persons fulfilling the following criteria: 
  • They had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français

(Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent.

  • They held a confirmed employment offer outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.
