State Nominated Migration Program invitations

• Subclass 190 visa received 400 ITAs this time around. It is primarily for skilled workers who have been nominated by a state or territory government. It allows for permanent residency in Australia.
• Subclass 491 visa received 400 ITAs this time around. It is a skilled regional (provisional) visa, granting temporary residency for up to five years. It provides a pathway to permanent residency through regional migration.

Western Australia (WA) is expected to release invitations for State nomination each month throughout the 2024-25 financial year. The exact number of invitations may fluctuate depending on the volume of applications being processed by WA Migration Services.

If selected, you will receive an email invitation from WA Migration Services containing a link to the State nomination application form.

Future Invitation Eligibility

Having a valid Expression of Interest (EOI) does not guarantee an invitation. To increase your chances of receiving an invitation in a future round, ensure that:

• Your nominated occupation is currently listed on the Eligible Occupations List.
• Your EOI meets all the requirements specified in the "How to apply for WA State nomination" section.
